* If Island Taxi brings you to our office for you to pick up your rental car, they will transfer your luggage into the rental car, we will have the contract ready and all you do is do a “walk around” of the car and sign the contract and you are on your way!

** We will deliver & pick up the rental car on Sanibel Island, Captiva and Port Sanibel Marina and Iona (near Sanibel Outlets). There is a Car Delivery fee of $20 and a Car Pickup fee of $20. There is no charge if we do a customer pick up or customer drop off at your home or resort. For Customer Pickup: We pick you up and bring you back to the office and you get the rental car. For Customer Drop Off: You bring the car to our office and we drop you off at your home or resort.

*** We deliver between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm unless you make different arrangements with us. We will do our best to accommodate you.

reservation process

Call us at 239-579-0059 or fill out the Reservation Information Form to request a Reservation. Please note: the Primary Driver must be the same as the person paying with the credit card.

We will call you to finish the reservation. We will need:

Drivers License and Proof of Insurance of Primary Driver
Drivers License and Proof of Insurance for Additional Drivers
Island Address of where you are staying
$100 Deposit to reserve the vehicle. (The remaining balance for the rental will be charged on the day you receive the Rental.)

After the call, we will email you a Reservation Confirmation and assign your car.

When you get here, we will have your car and contract ready! All you need to do is a simple walk-around inspection of the vehicle, sign the contract and then off you go on your adventure.

I do not have a way to pick up the rental car, what are my options?

We will pick you up at you home or resort and bring you back to the office, where you sign the contract and get the keys. There is no charge for this service.

Arriving By Taxi

Come pick the car up at our office at 975 Rabbit Road, Suite 6 at no charge.

Departing By Taxi

Return the rental car to our office and the Taxi will be waiting for you.

Concierge Delivery

We will deliver your rental to your Island home or resort for a fee of $20. You may then bring the rental back to the office (we will give you a ride back) at no additional charge or we can come pick up the rental at your resort or home on the Island for fee of $20.
